Spaghetti Squash and Meat Sauce

It’s been one week since I finished the Whole30 Program and I’m still trying to keep up my vegetable in take, while keeping down my sugar and carbs.

It’s nice not having to read every single label to make sure a tiny amount of sugar is not hiding in my food.  But, I do find that my will power is not quite as strong since I don’t feel ‘obligated’ to a particular program.

Here is our menu for the week!

Spaghetti (Squash) with Meat Sauce

Ground Turkey, Onion and Green Pepper Fajitas with Fruit Salad

Steak Fajitas with Acorn Squash

Grilled Chicken, Grilled Zucchini and Grilled Asparagus (sense a theme?)

Hamburgers and Green Chopped Salad (I even shredded brussel sprouts in this and it was pretty good!)

Butternut Squash Soup
