I have about a week and a half of the Whole30 Program left and I cannot believe I have lasted this long! At the end of my thirty days, I’ll post about my process and how I felt. It’s been easy at times and then super hard sometimes. After shoe shopping with three kids by myself yesterday I was ready to whip into Orange Leaf and load up on New York Cheesecake yogurt and white chocolate chips. But, I did not.
I’m staying strong and using Pinterest like crazy for Whole30 and paleo recipes. Here is our menu for the week. The salmon is AWESOME! Try it!
